March - Connect with Your Team of Angels and/or Guides

You are never alone! There is a large team in the unseen world at your service, waiting for you to call upon them.
You have freewill after all, they won't impose. They might say hi once in a while as a reminder that they are there at your disposition but you are the one that has to be intentional about connecting, acknowledging, and asking for help.
This Intentional Creativity® Process is a fun and interesting way to do that. No pressure of performance.
No need to create something beautiful, just a desire, an intention to be aware and grateful that you have
a team ready to support you on this journey.
Material needed:
Canson Mixed Media notebook (11X14 - 98lb)
Acrylic paint (colors of your choice. I used white, yellow, orange, red, dark brown and black)
Paint brushes
Plate to put paint on
Water spray bottle
Water jar
Paper towel
p.s. I would love to hear from you about what kind of videos you like more (with music and written prompts, fast forward or real time, me talking or not, etc.). Also, are you going through something challenging and would like me to create a process to help you move through it, let me know! evelyne@coachevelyne.com
April - Create Space - From Overwhelmed to Lighthearted

Use this Intentional Creativity process if you feel overwhelmed with all there is to do.
You might feel there is not enough time to do everything you said you would do or
that there is no more time to do the things YOU want and love to do.
During the video, you will find inquiries to be with, along with a painting process that will help you release and welcome.
I like to look at the watercolor paper as two things:
1- A container on which your fears, doubts, old beliefs and stories can land.
2- A representation of your energy field. After the release, you intentionally bring light, space, and openness on the paper, and therefore, in your energy field.
You can then make new choices, have a renewed perspective, and feel more empowered to be who you are.
Enjoy the video and please let me know what you think. What do you like about it? What didn't you like? What could be improved? I am open. I am learning. And more importantly, I want to serve you better!

May - Come Out of Your Shell and Be Free To Be YOU!

This month's inspiration came from the oracle reading that I did at the beginning of the year. I drew a card for each month. May was about Freedom and getting out of our shell. The first part of the video is me talking to you about the card and the process.
You can skip that part to the actual process which start at 7:52.
This Intentional Creativity® process invites you on a journey to ponder on the things that created the protective shell that also prevents you to shine your brightest light and to share your gifts. It also invites you to create a new heart free of the shell and imagine life from this new space.
How does life look different when you feel free to express yourself and share your gifts to the world?
What does it really matter if you ruffle some feathers?
Is withholding your light to not make too many waves really an option to live a fulfilled life?
As usual, I would love to hear from you.

June 2017 - Yes to Joy!

This project is different as it is on a canvas. You will experience a new texture and a new feeling with the brush, paint, and water.
Know that there is nothing you can do wrong, you can always paint over the whole thing if you want or wipe off what you don't like (as long as it is still wet). The goal is to get in a meditative state where you open your consciousness and connect to the energy of joy within and all around you. The painting is very simple, follow where the brush wants to go, follow your intuition as far as colors go and enjoy the process!!!
Also, I wanted you to know that when I wrote my affirmation, I realized at the end that I misspelled abundance - what's great with acrylic is that if the paint is not dry yet, you spray it and wipe it off with a rag - I was able to fix it, yay!!!
Supplies used (you use the colors you want and any size canvas): 16"X20" canvas, acrylic paint, paintbrushes: large round, small pointy tip and a script one to write and to decorate), water spray bottle, water jar, palette (I use the same Dixie plate for many projects - the paint dries in it and creates its own kind of painting), sharpie, and paper towel.
If you have questions or comments, email me: evelyne@coachevelyne.com. I would love to hear from you!!!
Lots of love to you!!!
July - Know and Claim Who You Are

We are back to our Canson Mixed Media notebook (11X14 - 98lb)! This month I videotaped myself talking to you... it's always nerve-racking! I get to practice my self-acceptance muscle. If you want to skip the part of me talking and skip right to the process, go to minute 7:23.
This month is about remembering who we are and claiming some parts of us that we forgot or that we weren't aware of until recently or the ones that we don't believe we deserve to claim just now. For example, it took me a while to claim myself as an artist and when I did, it felt weird but after repeating it and staying with the discomfort, it disappeared.
Who are you that needs to be claimed today?
This Intentional Creativity® process is simple and yet deeply healing and satisfying. I would love to hear from you: evelyne@coachevelyne.com

August - Alchemical Process

This month, I give you a mandala that I drew for you. Download it, print it and color it in. In the video, I explain shortly how we can use Intentional Creativity® in the simple act of coloring. There is a lot going on in the world, it's important to acknowledge how you feel but you don't need to carry the vibrations of desperation and hopelessness. This Alchemical Process will make room for inspiration, new thoughts and ideas while coloring this mandala. I would love to hear from you about your experience: evelyne@coachevelyne.com

September: Ho'oponopono - A powerful Hawaiian tool for reconciliation and forgiveness.

In September, I participated in an online event: Soul Spa - Creative nourishment for your Body, Mind and Spirit where I talked about the Ho'oponopono, a very powerful Hawaiian tool for reconciliation and forgiveness. I wanted to share the videos with you. The first one below is a short explanation of what Ho'oponopono is and then the second video is the Intentional Creativity® painting process I created using the cleaning tools of the Ho'oponopono. I hope you enjoy!
And as always, I would love to hear from you and your experience: evelyne@coachevelyne.com

October - Out of the Cage

Inspired by my teacher Shiloh Sophia's poem, Cages of our Own Making, that you can find in her wonderful book Tea with the Midnight Muse, I created an Intentional Creativity process. It will help you discover the cages that you might have created and get out of them.
Here is the poem:
Cages of Our Own Making
I let myself out of my cage.
I saw the door
for the first time
and I just stepped out.
It was so easy!
It's so beautiful here!
Surprised at my sudden freedom
I looked back
to see that open door
and the structure in
which it was housed.
But it was already gone.
Stunned, I wondered,
was it me the whole time?
Nobody put me there,
no jailer but my own self?
Ha! I wanted to cry
but instead I started laughing.
In that laughing
I remembered what I forgot
so long ago: Who I am .
Let the dancing begin!

November - Play With Your Muse

What guidance do you need right now?
What should be your focus in 2018?
What do you need to know about yourself?
Ask Your Muse!
This is a fun process and you might surprise with what comes up. It involves collage and painting.
I loved letting my Muse pick the magazines and the pages... I dare you to close your eyes during that process!
How do you play with your Muse? How do you connect with the part of you that is creative, fills your head with ideas, and wakes you up at night reminding you of your dreams?

December - You Are Light

This process is inspired by the book "The Little Soul and the Sun" by Neale Donald Walsh. You can find it here. It is a great story that gives us a new perspective on life and who we are.
I also love this song by India Arie
For this project, you will need a candle or wax, dark and light paint colors, glitter, and a Sharpie.
I hope you enjoy. Email me with questions or comments: evelyne@coachevelyne.com
