Paint Your Personalized Affirmation Card Deck

Theme/Inquiry: How to be in the in-between spaces?
What are the in-between spaces? We experience many of those during our lifetime and they are also called transition periods:
- When your toddlers starts school, or when they move on to high school and start being more independent.
- When you are in the middle of a big change in your career or relationships.
- When you move.
- When you have a dream and you've done everything that needed to be done but nothing is happening.
- When you just retired.
- Etc.
In those periods of transition, there is often a feeling of being lost and confused. It's a time where you wonder about who you are and what is the next thing to do. Those periods are full of mystery in which anything can happen but do you leave room for anything to happen?
Join me for this Intentional Creativity™ workshop to explore how to be in those in-between spaces. I will guide you through a visioning where you will connect with your soul's wisdom and be guided to create your own personalized affirmations that resonate with you and where you are in your journey. They will be a great reminder of what is needed in this unsettling period of your life.
Using paint, brushes, and colors, you will activate the right side of your brain and the inquiry will activate the left side. When they are both activated and playing together, it gives you access to new thoughts, insights and perspectives.
You will leave the workshop with 2-3 Affirmation cards that you can use to explore a more soulful life. These cards represent the new story you are creating for your life.
