This free offering is an introduction to the concept of Paradox. You will discover two ways to identify them within yourself and, through a quick creative exercise, you will start your journey of self-discovery by uncovering the dualities in your relationship to money - a complicated one for most of us.
Living as a fully integrated Paradox will likely feel much different than when you were running around all the time trying to sort out your right from your wrong. This new course, “Paradox - An Exploration of Your Inner World Through 8 Primary Relationships,” will help you become aware of black and white ways of thinking and moving and shift your perspective of yourself in your relationships.
When you exist fully in a Paradox paradigm, you will:
1. Enjoy being yourself more as you gain a deeper knowledge of your whole, wonderful, paradoxical self!
2. Achieve a deeper sense of clarity about your own ideas and feelings.
3. Finally enjoy some inner peace and quiet once all your many voices are singing in harmony.
4. Allow what is to be and what is not, to not be.
5. Live in a more expansive state; create space around you to live freely with room to keep growing. There is more to you, others, the world, and the universe than what you can see with your eyes.
6. Accept all of who you are, the journey you’ve been on, and your growth with compassion for yourself.
7. Become more comfortable with the unknown.
Acknowledging that there is a lot that you don’t know is a big part of this work. It’s possible to become ok with not knowing and stay in a space of curiosity and wonder without forcing “knowing”. It’s a challenge, but it can also be a benefit because when you are ok with not knowing, you create space for new information to come forward. This is a paradox right here.
