![]() I dared myself to have fun, do something creative and blog about it for 21 days. The goal is to bring some lightness into my creative life, change my perspective about creativity and what it looks like and move through the fears that come up when it's time to publish anything online. You know what I am talking about right?!? The fear of being seen and judged. The fear of what other people will think of me. The fear of not having anything smart and wise to say. Fear of missing a day and making it mean that I am a person that is unreliable, and unworthy of anything good. Fear of not being able to create everyday. Well I decided that I wanted to move forward in spite of the fear. After all, I don't think fear will ever disappear so might as well learn to live with it and have fun in the process. Today's insight: Being creative doesn't necessarily mean that I have to paint a huge painting that takes hours and hours to finish. Being creative is also having some fun with a coffee cup, a napkin and a pen, on the fly, just because. I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
